Vacancies
Assistant Registrar
Applications are invited for the newly created post of an Assistant Registrar as part of the Centre’s management team.
The Assistant Registrar will work closely with the Director of the Centre who is responsible for all aspects of the management of the Centre. This will involve the Assistant Registrar in a range of duties, concerned with the present and future development of the Centre.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership ability, flexibility and the confidence to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment with responsibility for managing complex operations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential as are the personal qualities required for regular liaison with a wide range of individuals and institutions.
A competitive salary, including a contributory pension scheme, will be paid, depending upon qualifications and experience. A detailed job description will be prepared on appointment.

Graduate Assistant
Applications are invited for this newly established administrative post.
The essential qualifications are: a first-class ability to communicate with clarity in written English; an interest in the activities and aims of the Centre; and those personal qualities required to work as an effective team member.
The position will have a competitive salary, which is negotiable depending upon the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant.

Day Porter
Applications are invited for the post of Day Porter to work at the Centre’s new building in Marston Road Oxford. The Porter is responsible for the day-to-day security of the premises and the health and safety of the Centre’s staff and visitors. The post also includes general duties, the preparation of meeting rooms, and relevant duties relating to conferences and events. He or she will have the ability to deal with a broad range of people with sensitivity and discretion.
This is a permanent post (subject to a probationary period), working from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Some flexibility and overtime working will be required. Annual leave will commence at the rate of 20 days per year (plus all public holidays or time off in lieu). There is an optional contributory pension scheme.
Salary: £7.40p per hour.
